Dried herb, dark chocolate and the gentle cedary influence of well-seasoned oak add interest to the primary fruits. The medium bodied palate is at once balanced and approachable. Bright red fruits, dried herbs and complexing savoury elements are all framed and supported by the fine tannin structure, in a combination that is unmistakably cabernet sauvignon.
