How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

We take no more than 3 working days to get your order to you. If we don’t, you can tell everyone on social media about it.

Is there a specific delivery time?

Your orders will arrive between 10am and 5pm. But, if you’d like us to deliver at a SPECIFIC time, let us know in the comment section when checking out, and we’ll accommodate as best we can!

What if my order never arrives?

This will never happen loh. In fact, we will contact you BEFORE we heading out to hand you your order. If you can’t pick it up for whatever reason, we’ll arrange for another delivery time. Promise.

Is delivery free?

For orders above RM400, delivery is on us!

What are the locations you deliver to?

Right now, we only deliver to all addresses within the Klang Valley. Soon enough, all of Malaysia will be covered!

Can I pick it up from your store?

Definitely. Just select the ‘Collect from store’ option when checking out.

How do I check the delivery status of my purchases?

You’ll be notified via email when your order has been processed, and also when your purchase is on its way to you. If you’d like to call us to check, we’ll be happy to speak to you.

How do I pay for my orders?

Payments are processed using direct debit ,debit and credit cards and e-wallets.

Are returns / exchanges and refunds allowed?

For sure! We’ll just need to make sure that…

  1. The delivered product is damaged or defective.
  2. The product isn’t what you ordered.
  3. The product has expired or is out of stock.

Should any of these things happen, you’ll have up to 7 days to request for a return, exchange or refund. We kindly ask that you return the product(s) to us in the condition you received them using a courier service, or by hand at our physical store.

Do the Winebros stress about products arriving in an unfavourable condition?

Never loh. Because…

  1. All our items are stored at our physical store under our watchful eyes. We don’t use warehouses. All wines are kept in a controlled, optimum temperature. So you’ll receive every product in the condition we ourselves want to receive them in.
  2. The boxes we use as packaging can really tahan quite a bit of unforeseen abuse on its way to you.
  3. All products are delivered on the same day your orders are packed. So they are only out of our fully controlled environment for a few short hours before they reach you.
  4. We use a reputable courier partner with all the necessary insurances and assurances to guarantee products are delivered directly to you in the best possible condition.

What are the vintages of the wines that you have?

Wines with specific vintages are all carefully displayed with precise names and descriptions. For items without vintages in the name, please DM or call us to enquire.

How should I store the wine I just bought from you bros?

We recommend storing them in a wine chiller, especially if they are wines you would like to age. Otherwise, store them in a cool place away from sunlight, and consume it within a year. We do stock wine chillers too, so if you’d like to check them out, come visit our physical store!

What if what I’m looking for isn’t on your site?

We’re always expanding our catalogue. And having such an extensive range, we’d be surprised to not have what you’re looking for. But should that be the case, hey, we’d be happy to hunt it down for you! Just let us know what it is.

If I want to buy like A LOT OF WINE / BOOZE for a special event, can give better price or not?

Confirm can lah! We get a lot of customers buying in bulk for corporate events, parties, weddings and the like, so we are more than ready to make your event a happier one with a more bro price (on top of the Bromotions that our loyalists already receive!)
