Big Peat 10 Year Old Mizunara Cask Edition (70cl | 48% ABV)
Overview
Crafted to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Douglas Laing & Co., this limited release brings together four legendary Islay distilleries and finishes them in rare Japanese virgin oak. Every drop contains a blend of 10-year-old single malts from Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and the iconic lost distillery Port Ellen. Finished for two years in Japanese Mizunara virgin oak casks from Hokkaido, it is bottled at 48% ABV with natural color and no chill-filtration.

Bowmore: Brings balanced, gentle medicinal smoke along with rich dark fruit undertones.
Caol Ila: Delivers fresh, clean maritime salinity, citrus peel, and soot.
