Brut Impérial is a classic non-vintage champagne, crafted from more than 150 base wines sourced from various terroirs across the Champagne region. Around 20 to 30 percent consists of carefully matured reserve wines that add depth and complexity. The cuvée is composed of 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Meunier, and 20–30% Chardonnay. A dosage of 9 g/l gives this champagne its elegant and pleasantly dry character.
