The wine is a deep red ruby, with purple highlights and a light mousse and rim of the same color. It has an intense flavour and an exquisite body. It is well-balanced in terms of acidity, and lightly fruity. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste of bitter cherries. Cella Lambrusco is easy to drink and ideal for every day. It is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with typical Emilian pastries and desserts.
