It features a classic light blue bottle shape with two red ribbons, embodying a simple, classic, and elegant design that highlights the long history of Yanghe distillery, which dates back to the Sui and Tang Dynasties and flourished during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, spanning over 400 years of brewing heritage.

Yanghe Daqu Baijiu is produced within a geographic indication protection zone, using a unique combination of traditional brewing techniques and modern biotechnology. It is made from high-quality glutinous sorghum as the main ingredient, and a high-temperature Daqu starter made from wheat, barley, and peas.
