Introducing Scallywag Year of the Ox Edition, a commemorative bottling in honour of 2021: The Lunar New Year of the Ox. Marrying only a handful of selected Single Cask Single Malts, from Scotland’s Speyside region, this latest innovation from Douglas Laing & Co. is 100% Sherry cask matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximinéz butts. The deep amber spirit colour is entirely natural, owing to the Sherry maturation, and in traditional Douglas Laing style, it is proudly offered without chill-filtration.
